No Returns or Exchanges
All sales with SHOP NZTALJAH are FINAL. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please send us an email at email@example.com before committing to purchase.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)
Refunds/exchanges are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of receiving the order. If reported to us with in 1 day of receiving the item, we will take care of resending shipment costs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange if applicable, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return (or exchange) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within a certain amount of days) or we will resend you the correct items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

We don’t and can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it’s tracking information.
