Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped out on Saturdays. Any orders placed on Fridays after 11:59pm will be shipped out in a week, the following Saturday.  

After your payment is authorized and shipment is verified, you will receive a shipping notification email that will provide you with the tracking number of your shipped order.

SHOP NZTALJAH is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or late delivery packages once they are handed over to a third party shipping company such as USPS or UPS. We will always notify you of when your order has been fullfilled and when your package is being shipped out in order to prepare for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all tracking information that is provided to them to ensure a smooth delivery of their purchased items. Please contact your local USPS or UPS and provide them with your USPS or UPS tracking information if you should have any issues receiving any packages or deliveries. 

If you prefer to have a Signature Requested Delivery, please indicate that in the note to seller box at the time of checkout.
