Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days or within the timeframe provided in the description of made to order items. Any orders placed on a holiday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin the shipping process the next business day. After your payment is authorized and shipment is verified, you will receive a shipping notification email that will provide you with the tracking number of your shipped order.

SHOP NZTALJAH is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or late delivery packages once they are handed over to a third party shipping company such as USPS or UPS. We will always notify you of when your order has been fullfilled and when your package is being shipped out in order to prepare for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all tracking information that is provided to them to ensure a smooth delivery of their purchased items. Please contact your local USPS or UPS and provide them with your USPS or UPS tracking information if you should have any issues receiving any packages or deliveries. 

If you prefer to have a Signature Requested Delivery, please indicate that in the note to seller box at the time of checkout.
